Wanted to tell you what I've been telling your drivers for the past few weeks -- it has been a real pleasure travelling with RTD.
Unlike our big city drivers, your people were all extremely helpful about telling me where is the best stop to get off for my destination, where exactly to stand on the return trip, when they willget back to that stop, etc. I've seen drivers going out of their way to help a passenger. None of the sass that I'm accustomed to at home, "stand by the sign", assuming that I know where the nearest stop is.
