Passengers whose route is currently operating on a temporary Demand may reserve a ride FROM any designated stop on the route TO any designated stop on the route within the service hours. Passengers must reserve a ride at least 24 hours in advance by calling 866-206-0754 ext. 2.

NCRTD STATEMENT ON MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
North Central Regional Transit District’s RTD Blue Buses provide vital transportation services within north central New Mexico. The District respects that people may be feeling anxiety and concern about the safety of public transit in the regards to COVID-19; we take this very seriously. We continue to clean and disinfect our vehicles daily and regularly utilize a disinfecting fogger. Our top priorities are to continue service to the public, and to keep them and our employees healthy and safe. Thank you for partnering with us to help prevent the spread of any germs and flu. DECLARACIÓN DE NCRTD SOBRE MEDIDAS EN RESPUESTA A LA COVID-19:
Los autobuses azules RTD del Distrito Regional de Tránsito del Centro Norte proporcionan servicios de transporte vitales en el centro norte de Nuevo México. El Distrito entiende que la gente pueda sentir ansiedad y preocupación sobre la seguridad del transporte público en relación con la COVID-19; nos lo tomamos muy en serio. Continuamos limpiando y desinfectando nuestros vehículos a diario y utilizamos regularmente un nebulizador desinfectante.
Nuestras principales prioridades son continuar el servicio al público y mantener sanos y seguros tanto a los usuarios como a nuestros empleados. El Distrito solicita que cualquier persona que experimente síntomas de gripe se abstenga de subir a nuestros vehículos. Continuamos revisando y modificando las rutas para que funcionen de la manera más eficiente. La mayoría de las rutas continúan operando con normalidad, mientras que otras se han convertido en un servicio bajo demanda. Consulta la sección RUTAS para obtener la información más reciente sobre tu ruta.
*Los usuarios que necesiten servicio en rutas que actualmente operan bajo demanda deben llamar al 505-629-4725 ext. 2, o al número gratuito 866-206-0754, ext. 2 con al menos 24 horas de antelación para programar la recogida. El viaje programado funcionará por orden de llegada. El servicio bajo demanda opera SOLO de 6:00 a 18:00.
