Passengers may reserve a ride from any stop on the route to any stop on the route within the service hours. Passengers must reserve a ride at least 24 hours in advance by calling 866-206-0754 ext. 2.

NCRTD STATEMENT ON MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19:
North Central Regional Transit District’s RTD Blue Buses provide vital transportation services within north central New Mexico. The District respects that people may be feeling anxiety and concern about the safety of public transit in the regards to COVID-19; we take this very seriously. We continue to clean and disinfect our vehicles daily and regularly utilize a disinfecting fogger. Our top priorities are to continue service to the public, and to keep them and our employees healthy and safe. Thank you for partnering with us to help prevent the spread of any germs and flu. RTD FEES AND FARE STRUCTURE
The RTD provides fare free and premium fare-based services.
The RTD “Blue Buses” and RTD Chile Line Buses are FARE FREE (Exceptions noted below).
Premium Fare-Based Routes are:
The weekend Taos Express service which is $5.00 each way between Taos and Santa Fe, and $2.00 between Española and Santa Fe and Española and Taos.*
255 Mountain Trail to Ski Santa Fe costs $5.00 each way during winter season schedule.* During the winter season, uphill riders will be presented with a $5.00 discount token that can be redeemed at Ski Santa Fe for anything on the mountain, excluding alcohol. During the non-winter schedule season, the cost is $5.00 uphill, fare-free downhill.*
Veterans ride free on fare-based routes: Upon boarding veterans must present a veterans ID photo badge or valid New Mexico driver’s license, with a veteran’s designation, and their fare will be waived.
Passengers age 65 and older, passengers with Medicare cards and individuals with disabilities are eligible to ride for a reduced fare of 50% of the standard fare. Individuals with disabilities may self-disclose disability or show any transit agency issued ADA eligibility ID Card for a reduced fare.
