The First Voices You Hear: Customer Service Representatives
Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for riders. Whether someone is calling with a question about schedules, planning a trip, or reporting a lost item, CSRs are there to help—patiently, professionally, and with care.
They navigate complex service details, assist riders with accessibility needs, and help resolve issues in real time. Most importantly, they listen. Their work ensures riders feel heard, supported, and confident using our system.
Keeping It All Running Smoothly: Supervisors
While buses are out on the road, Supervisors are working behind the scenes to keep operations running safely and efficiently. From managing daily service to responding to unexpected challenges like weather, traffic, or detours, Supervisors are constantly problem-solving.
They support operators in the field, coordinate service adjustments, and make sure safety remains the top priority. Their calm leadership and quick decision-making help keep service dependable—even on the busiest or most unpredictable days.
The Hands That Keep Us Rolling: Fleet & Facilities
Our Fleet and Facilities teams are the backbone of Blue Bus operations. Before a bus ever leaves the yard, skilled technicians inspect, maintain and repair each vehicle to ensure it’s safe and reliable.
Facilities staff keep our buildings, yards and stops clean, functional and ready for daily use. From early-morning prep to evening maintenance, their work often happens outside the spotlight—but it’s essential to every trip we provide.
